I had my home inspected for my homeowner's insurance policy last year by Sergio and discovered that I would not get any discount for having shutters due to not having them on 2 glass block windows and my front door. I immediately hired someone to install those shutters & sent pictures to what I thought was Bravo Inspection to ammend the report. However, I inadvertently sent the pictures only to myself! When I didn't get a discount this year, I began investigating what happened. When I realized my mistake, I called Bravo to see if I could resend the pictures this year.
