Joe , the owner will help walk you through your unit not working first, very knowledgeable and reasonable. I had a leak from my pan rusting through , he replaced it and my bill was very reasonable!
When I called I was desperate for ac and when this company could h e taken advantage and charged me a service call fee to come out for the silliest reason the man on the phone walked me through all the possibilities and although I checked everything there was 1 thing I didn’t check the float sensor was angled downwards so the drain line was clear but the auto off sensor was activated while on the phone. With him I noticed this because of his cues and immediately my ac switched on.
I wanted to send him at least a tip and he declined so I figured the least I could do was leave him a review because he could have easily collected a quick $200-500... read full review
