Louis Menendez came out from Whitt’s Septic Service and pumped our home’s septic tank as recommended every 5 years. I received text messages identifying Louis and his arrival time, and the entire process happened just like clock work. Louis took time to answer every one of my questions and was very professional and efficient. Whitt’s pricing was very competitive and their truck was very clean and well maintained. I’ve used Whitt’s twice now and will do so again in the future!

Whitt's Septic saved the day. Our septic alarm was going off last night and when I checked it this morning, Sunday May 31st it was still alarming.
I called Whitt's Septic and expected to get a voicemail but I wanted to set up a service call ASAP. Much to my surprise Jennifer answered and said they have a tech on call and there is no extra charge for an emergency call.
Within 10 minutes I received a text from Javier Diaz stating he was on his way.

From the first phone call, the staff was courteous, kind, and very supportive of our needs. The gentleman was a very hard worker explained everything he was to do and gave us the options of other items that may need to be done to our septic service. Definitely a five star company.
