Joshua was called out to repair a zone valved that failed. He quickly identified the problem and installed a new valve. He also checked and adjusted the system consisting of four zone. Courteous and efficient. I will use the Sprinkler Doctor again for any irrigation system issues.

I had a sprinkler head replaced which was fine I also wanted to make some adjustments on other ones because the water wasn’t reaching all of the shrubs. I specifically said to turn on the sprinkler to see what it was doing and then we could make the changes . The changes were made before doing so and I was not consulted first so not being happy with a foot and a half off pvc pipe with a sprinkler head on top I asked him to remove it. The bill came to almost $250.00 for the hour he was here. Very disappointed

Let us start with NEVER DO business with this company. We should’ve listened to other negative reviews. They charged nearly three hours of labor over multiple trips to determine the cause of the problem with my irrigation (over $350). I found it rather curious that it took so long to determine the problem, which I can only attribute to incompetence and/or intentional efforts to “milk the clock.“ They were here doing work for 30 mins for 3 trips and we watched them but they charged us a whole hour each time. We contacted them while this was going on and didn’t get a response until a bill was sent. They hounded us for payment but would not return our calls to explain this bill. Save yourself the problem and find someone else!

I know Brian will come up with excuses or say he doesn’t know who I am. That’s true because he dealt with our realtor and my husband. We had his company look at a problem that was discovered when we had our septic tank inspected before we bought this house. His worker came and met our realtor at the house and our realtor said the employee was extremely rude. She was appalled at how he talked to her. Once we moved into our house we called Brian to have him come out to move some sprinkler lines, adjust our sprinkler heads, replace some and get zone 4 running. His employee (the same rude guy who met our realtor) met my husband at the house, refused to move the sprinkler lines, told my husband that we don’t needed zone 4 and he replaced zero sprinkler heads. He did nothing. My husband was so frustrated with him that he asked him how much we owed him. My husband paid him $203 for absolutely nothing (my husband’s mistake) and kicked him off the property. When my husband called Brian and told him what happened Brian defended his employee and said that everybody loves that guy. Well 100% of the people’s I know who have done business with Brian think his employee is extremely rude. We were customer’s of Brian, we received zero service, we’re not paid by any other company to bad mouth Brian. But live and learn. We’re taking our business elsewhere. Word of mouth can kill a business.
