I took my 4 frech bulldogs and they did a great job my dogs where very clean and smelled great for days

I had high hopes. Had two dogs groomed. One just feet and face. One schnauzer cut. Feet are so uneven and the nails are sharp. Face still has the same hair in his eyes that we can in with. Schnauzer body shows every clipper mark. Worst cut she has ever had.
While I was waiting on my dogs, the groomer was working on another little puppy that had matted legs. The dog was yelping in pain while the groomer kept trying to shave the mat out. This went on for a good long while. I mortified for the dog and also sad for what my dogs might have been subject to.
Not going back for that $120 treatment.

These people are so sweet and are miracle workers I drove from Lakeland and they are worth the drive you feel so comfortable with them having your dog they seriously are amazing if you don’t choose them as ur groomers you are missing out ur dogs will look beyond wonderful

I’m very upset with my dog’s grooming. I took a picture of what I wanted my puppy to look like and she didn’t even come close to what I wanted. I wanted my puppy to still have her puppy hair and she shaved it all off. My puppy is only 9 months old and she cut all of her puppy hair off. I am completely sick and very upset. Also, she left the hair around her mouth really long so when she drinks water she drips everywhere. I don’t recommend going here if you want your dog to get a cut the way you want.

maybe you should add to your website that you don't take walk-in after 4, even if your open till 7. might save customers a drive
