Unfortunately, I have a huge complaint. I recently got a spray tan at the Plant City location for my daughter’s wedding. This is not something I do regularly so I am not familiar with the process. I was not told to wear a shower cap and one wasn’t provided. The next day, the morning of my daughter’s wedding my hair was orange all around my face. I wanted to cry!! At that point I was having my hair and makeup done and there was nothing I could do. I was so sad! Not only did my hair (freshly colored) look bad the day of, but in all of the pictures. If you are new to spray tanning, make sure you know to ask for something to cover your hair if you aren’t provided with something.

I’ve had several tans & my daughter has as well. Caitlyn is the absolute best! Someone give this girl a raise!! She’s the only tech to ever not make me look orange & it last a good 5 days!!

I’d never done a spray tan before, but was getting married and am a bit more UV conscious now that I’m in my mid-30s. They made me feel comfortable, walked me through the process, were easy to schedule with and have a clean, feminine and cute place. Even their take home card with instructions were little boarding pass cards making it easy to find and the little touch was appreciated. Despite their clear instructions, I was an absent minded bride and didn’t follow them. They communicated with me as to how to fix it, answered my questions, assuaged my concerns and even offered to fix what I messed up very short notice. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for that and appreciative. Highly recommend this wonderful place run by people who care.

I had my first tanning session with Rachel in preparation for my upcoming vacation in April, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She was incredibly patient, kind, and informative, taking the time to explain everything and make sure I felt comfortable. The results were amazing, and I left feeling confident and glowing. Highly recommend Rachel and Florida Girl Tanning for anyone looking for a flawless, natural-looking tan! I’ll definitely be back.

I was referred to Florida Girl Tanning by a neighbor friend of mine and they did not disappoint! Caitlyn was so thorough in every aspect of the process… from explaining the different tanning solutions they offer, to the prep, to the posing, to the maintenance. She offered shower caps, baby wipes, hair ties, mints, chap sticks, and disposable underwear. She kept it fun and light and was a joy to converse with. Despite the intimate nature of the spray tanning process, I was made to feel completely comfortable the entire time. And my tan looks incredible! Very natural & totally even. I will definitely be back and would absolutely recommend Caitlyn to anyone looking for a gorgeous tan for any vacation or event :)
