This little company will shoot it to you straight. I have 2 units in my house and one died after only 5 years. I was in denial, but gave in and I'm glad I did. They will both last for a long time.
Price was fair and delivered value. However, initial installation was of a wrong and lesser valued unit (bait and switch?). They tried to get me to accept the installed unit with a few cursory bonuses (UV light and warranty extension) but I insisted on the original HVAC system I had decided on. They conceded to that decision and reinstalled the correct units promptly. Two disappointments: 1. Air duct cleaning was performed as part of the purchase package, but a very messy trail of debris was left behind, causing a big clean-up on our part; 2. Josh our service tech arrived on time as scheduled, sending a text advising he was on the way. On the the job he asked probing questions and was most professional and attentive to detail. Provided good feedback once complete.
