Great company. They installed a Goodman unit 7yrs ago, works great minor issue with 20 degree weather and dead lizard in contacts. Matt came out and explained things to me. I will definitely use them when needed.
First Response is ALWAYS top notch! Professional, friendly, timely, knowledgeable, overall the best in the Plant City area. We have used them for the past several years. They have installed 2 new AC units on 2 homes we’ve owned. They stand behind their work. I will always highly recommend them!
Did the semi annual heating/cooling check, very thorough in the inspection, found a screw was missing in the AC disconnect box (fire hazard) in the garage. This condition has existed for 17 years since the house was built with 1 to 2 service checks each year and Matt found it.
A/C unit was not cooling, Matt knew it was a capacitor right away and and pulled 1 out of his van, installed it, and ran the A/C unit for a while to ensure it was working properly.
Matt did a thorough check, explained where my a/c was in good condition in respect to its age, did not try to sell me something I don’t need to maintain my a/c system
