There was a “mystery” issue and Saylor sent in their “A” Team of Allen and Michael who solved the mystery … my water is now delightful. Thank you Allen and MIchael and Saylor Suncoast. Would add that Customer Service is also Five Star.

I went in looking for some help with my parent's water filtration system in their condo purchased about 3 yrs ago. Sayler's people were very helpful. No pressure sales. We arrived at a plan to replace their water softener tank and change out the carbon filter of the 2nd tank. It's scheduled for Feb 26th so stay tuned.
