Interim review, may be adjusted. Ray and his group have now done jobs on our house, and have another one in process. Job one was a repair of a poorly implemented repair of a flat roof over our Lanai. Ray indicated that what was done was incorrect, and as an engineering type person I agreed with him. Correction was completed with engineered designed backing material which added pitch to a previous flat roof. Solution has held and we are happy with it.Job 2, remodel of pool bathroom. Quality A+, price very fair. Schedule slipped a bit. I'll trade a bit of schedule for correct work.Job 3 - Partial kitchen remodel.
