I have been using Mid Pinellas since the mid 80s when I had an old oil burning furnace die. Quick to respond and they replaced the unit within a day. The tech took the time to show me the fault in the old furnace which I appreciated. I had to replace a 70s A/C unit in the mid 90's. There have been minor service issues like capacitors and such, but the unit is still going strong. They have always had a quick response time and reasonable rates. I had an addition put on the house in the late 90s and wanted a second A/C for the addition. I don't remember who put the A/C in but it had problems on and off. Mid Pinellas kept it running but it died in about 10 years. Mid Pinellas replaced the unit at that time. About 3 years later the unit stopped working. Mid Pinellas diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor and replaced it at no charge under the product warrantee, not even a service charge. They have always been responsive an quick to respond. Their prices are fair and they do stand behind warranted products.
