We are so grateful for Todd and Randy and the incredible service they provided. Our AC had a tough issue, and as a young family it was a stressful situation, but they came in with such kindness, patience, and calm that it immediately put us at ease. Todd (the owner) and Randy (the technician) worked together as a team, explained everything clearly, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. They stayed late to make sure the job was done the right way, and it’s obvious they take real pride in their work and genuinely care about the people they’re helping. Great company to work with and Randy the technician does an exceptional job always going above and beyond. You will be very happy with him. In my years of AC service he is without a doubt the best!
I called Gulf Coast AC early morning after losing AC in the night. Phone was answered promptly and an appointment set for same day. Randy came out, listened, and immediately discovered two obvious problems, the capacitor and the outdoor fan motor, which he showed me and explained the problems in detail. He had the parts and expertly got my AC up and running. He then checked all of the AC measurements to make sure everything was working.
