The only good things here are Vladimir (nurse) and the coffee machine. Other than that, avoid this place. Long faces and rudeness behind the desk from the moment you step in until you leave, specially one receptionist that has been working there for years and is the worst. Not to mention the annoying call center that’s always been a difficulty to deal with even more since they are under Conviva. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The most DISRESPECTFUL people sitting behind the desk here. They don’t want to do their job and over talk you. They have no clue what’s going on and try to make the patients do their jobs. They are lazy and rude. I’m filing a complaint with the board of health, this entire office needs an overhaul. I was speaking and she literally muted me and ignored me then came back talking about something completely different.

Terrible customer service! Lady said it’s above her pay rate to keep track who gets into the office first to get there Medicaid done. Assuming she helps her kind first lol ridiculous
