I want to thank the nice owner/manager (I forgot his name) I was having an issue finding a aerator for my sink and he was super kind and took the extra steps to find what I needed and my sink works like new... Thank you for your extra kindness.. Michelle

We were in need of piping to fix an emergency ruptured pipe. The pipe we needed could only be found at Ferguson. In addition, the associates at the counter (possibly Justin) were extemely helpful and made sure I left the store with everything I needed. The service stands out enough that I wanted to be sure and give a thank you review.

Called Ferguson on a Saturday morning needing a hot water tank immediately. We had the pleasure of getting Steve J on the phone who went above and beyond to get us what we needed to replace our current model and all parts. Five stars on customer service . He had everything waiting when we arrived at the store.
