At the Pinellas Park location, Michelle is an absolute rockstar! There are not enough positive things that I could say, especially given the situation.
I have PTSD and have a manic disorder so it’s very hard for me to keep calm. I drove a long way to get here but the actual doctors office that I needed was closed for a long meeting.
I panicked.
Michelle easily could have closed me off as someone who needs to step outside and calm down, but that’s not how I was treated at all.

The Evara Health in Pinellas Park needs to do a better job at checking messages and the medications page on their patient portal. I requested a refill of sildenafil on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. The portal says you may have to wait up to 48 hours for a response. I had enough of this breathing medication to last until Friday, which is 48 hours from the time I had requested it. Here it is Monday, June 1, 2026 and my request to have my medication refilled was once again ignored. I need this medication to help me breathe. I love this Evara location and their staff. Not sure why the rating is so low but I've only ever received amazing service and compassion through any appointments, prescription situations, the PCPs and pharmacists go above and beyond for your needs. Doctor Maggie is my favorite and all the pharmacy techs are wonderful.
