I'm sorry,but the people who have poor reviews about the groupon and the lash lift must have been there at a really rushed time. I called Nelly to tell her that i had the groupon in advance and she was super supportive on me cancelling last minute. She even gave me the time to reschedule. When i went to the salon, it was a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. They even asked if i wanted more services at the groupon price. Her staff made my straight eyelashes so curly and beautiful within 45 minutes. All i had to do after is walk out with a smile on my face.
