The actual service team member came on time and did a great job! Her cleaning supplies were exactly as described, and I was happy with her work and level of detail on our tile floor apartment with balcony and deep cleaning of kitchen. We haven't tested them with laundry/carpet/fabric cleaning so I can't speak on those. Would definitely recommend!“
