Big fan of their team! When our original maid service had forgotten about our cleaning appointment, we were able to call and book a last minute appointment with their team. Their service is extremely responsive, communicative, and friendly. Truly so great to work with. They know all the details and are very forthcoming with information. Their online booking system is amazing and allows you to ask for extras like outdoor window cleaning and laundry. Maid in Brickell provides professional services from the booking process, to quality of cleanliness and attention to detail. Luisa is punctual, very thorough and does an amazing job. Customer service is also friendly and responsive.

I just completed termite tenting with (Darn Quick - they were fantastic BTW) and needed my house deep cleaned straight after. After failing to get my regular cleaners (pre-covid) to call me back, I was in desperate need for a new cleaner ASAP and on short notice. I found Maid in Brickell on yelp, called and spoke to Aram, who co-ordinated my first cleaning job with them. Aram was calm and reassuring and made the whole ordeal less stressful. Once all my questions were answered and I made the reservation, he followed up with emails that allowed me to make changes to the job as well as take care of payment at the end of the job.
