First time going to Woodlands Medical and would say that I had a good experience. Staff members are all very welcoming and go beyond to make sure that you're taken care of during my visit. Dr. Biswas, family physician is wonderful and I'm looking forward to continuing my health care journey with her.
I had the very best experience from start to finish!! I’m a patient for life! Everyone was so warm and welcoming from the moment of walking in the door. Emily Hargett was amazing! She was so kind and took her time to really help me. I didn’t feel rushed in any way, and was beyond impressed with her hospitality. I’m excited to be a patient here! Thank you Woodlands!
Staff and Dr's seem top notch but finance dept suks u can bet no matter the appointment most on their mind is money I pay everything I go but the receipts are blank they only say u paid not what for or if you still owe a balance I've been going for the same procedure for awhile my so called copay started at 28 bucks today I go in they don't seem to know what to charge then say it's 45 dollars I questioned the amount she said she'll look and see what I paid last came up with 36 I mean what gives great place if u have 100% insurance I guess
