I didn't wanted to down rated but they not serving public so i was upset, honestly. So I went home and ordered online what I needed. I'm understand they try to keep AC companies' status quo but maybe would be better to open for public. and serve guys like me, who try to fix by myself and save s..load of money
Tony was very helpful to pointing me to a place that would sell the part that I needed to the public. Got part from the place he recommended at a great price and AC now back up and running.
