I can’t say enough good things about this company! Anytime I have called he has shown up the same day. Not just for me but for friends I have referred as well. He is kind, professional, and always knows exactly what is wrong. Best part is he fixes it right away. I am so thankful to have him on our list when something goes wrong!
I had Walmer install my HVAC system 6+ years ago. No problems at all with the unit and they had the best price. Recently, the house was struck by lightning and the HVAC along with the water heater, internet modems and other electronics were fried. They were able to analyze the HVAC boards down to the specific shorts (wouldn't want to insert a new board and risk frying it until it was properly diagnosed). They are very capable and actually charged me less than initially estimated. Very good company.
HVAC unit outside did not turn on.
Made an appt w/ Steve on the phone and said he would send a tech today or else he will come check it himself.
30 minutes later,Hayden, Technician, called and said he add a rescheduled appt from this morning and would be by in 10 min.
He replaced a bad capacitor on the outside unit & it started back up… Woohoo!!!
He checked everything else that needed to be done so that all is now working great n our home is cooling again!!!
Definitely will recommend Walmer/Team for their great & friendly professional service!!!
