CONCERNED LOYAL CUSTOMER - I have always been very happy with both the customer service and quality of work. My concern is that you are now closed on Saturday. This is a real problem for those of us who have to work full time M - F. I am a weekly customer with multiple items. When will you start opening again on Saturday? I would hate to have to switch to another company.
Friendly, little slow, most work off site but have yet to have bad experience in couple of years. They don't understand what heavy starch is for shirts. Excellent job on siuts and finer apparel
The customer service is exceptional. The folks at the counter do everything they can to help.
The cleaning service itself, however, uses old and outdated technology. Things get lost and tends to make things difficult for the front desk folks who try their hardest.
