I walked in with over processed bleached blonde hair with orange roots and walked it with a soft, natural blonde a neutral root and silky soft soft hair! Lauren did a beautiful job on my hair. She did a root touch up, deep conditioning treatment, toner, hair cut and blow dry. I walked in embarrassed to be seen and walked out feeling like a new person.
