Long story short, purchased new home that was overseen by this company's hired general contractor (quality 1st construction) during building. Had a punch list that was sent to seller to be addressed. Seller said punch list done. Punch list not done. Purchased home with punch list items still awaiting repair. Contractor gave word that he'll address all the issues listed but just give him time. Four months later, I'm being accused of continuing to add items on punch list when the original punch list items hadn't been completely resolved. Did not keep their word and became harder to get in touch as time went by with contractor finally not responding in the end. So...read full review
