a success. She has kept us updated throughout the process. She's thorough and very easy to work with. With her I feel confident with the outcome.

Our technician, Jeff Coker, did a thorough exam, inside and outside. He also checked the attic, which other technicians have sometimes disregarded. Finally, he noted some bait stations had come out of the ground and he fixed them, with new bait.

I have been a Terminix customer for years. Mark is my rep, and he couldn't be friendlier, more helpful, or more knowledgeable!
Yesterday, I was shocked to learn that, while I was away, Mark arrived and even brought in my trash can from the street. So sweet and thoughtful! Thank you, Mark, for doing that, and for the years of keeping insects out of my house. :)
