We needed a wind mitigation and 4 point inspection on short notice and we called Greg. He completed both the next day and we were able to instantly download the reports and forward them to the insurance agent. Greg was great, on time and was very reasonably priced. First, let me say that I have never had a service recommendation that Ive been impressed with. Normally businesses recommend a friend, family member or a company they get a kickback from, and thats cool for the most part... it is what it is.So, when I was recommended Sims I wasn't expecting anything more than that.Now my original inspection done by a different company was a half reared mess (They wont even answer their phone) and my insurance needed a wind mitigation report..... like asap.I called Sims.Did i have to plead for an appointment?
