I needed 3 pairs of pants hemmed. I drop the pants off on a Monday and expected them back in about a week. The pants were finished in about two days and ready to be picked up. I was pleased with the work and the turnaround was much quicker than I expected. A very positive experience.

Quick response to my call, quick to make an appointment within days. Met with me and I discussed my concerns of the dress being too small. She told me I could wear it since it looks like the zipper is fine (was my concern) or go a size up and she altered it. I chose the small unaltered one. She pointed out to me why it's fine as long as I like it and it's should be fine. Asked what I didn't like about it and if there was anything to change. I don't like my stomach being noticeable, she said just suck in for the event or don't breathe lol. She said it's fine as long as I'm fine with it. (It was an Amazon dress with no give at the seam so it's not possible to alter that way. She even showed me how she could tell by the dress seam) She did not charge me and declined when I offered cash for her time. I appreciated her time and honest opinion since most places needed to book way out.

Susan did an amazing job at hemming, taking in the waist and straps, and removing the train on my dress. She was so nice and did it so quickly! I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find someone to do it on such a short notice but she did above and beyond. It fit me like a glove!
