I have found my hairdresser; she's a keeper and I couldn't be happier. Tara was not only friendly but listened to exactly what I wanted, took her time, walked me through every step of what she was doing before she put scissors to my hair. She is by appointment only and to be honest the place doesn't look open at first sight, should be noted that she's cash only. Very highly recommend.
Tara is fantastic. I moved from Birmingham and had used the same stylist since 1999 who I loved. Scandals was recommended to me by some friends. Being very skeptical I went and she has cut my hair twice. She did great. I have fine straight hair, not the easiest. I have already scheduled for my next cut. Tara is very nice and experienced.
