BEWARE!!!! David Saenz is a thief! I paid him $1200 to open an llc and to file my taxes. He took my money and called once to ask for more money. Just to never return a call again. I will be pressing charges.
David Saenz Stole $2400 from us March 2024. He had done our taxes for 7 years now. He sent me two invoices to pay him for our taxes January 16th 2024 for our businesses and March 15 2024 when our business taxes were due he ghosted us- I called him, had my business partners call him. It took me finding his sister on facebook and telling her what he did to us to get him to magically call me when I had been trying to contact him for over a month prior to work on our taxes. He promised to refund us via text March 15th and has yet to- that was March 15 and it is now April 14th. I've sent him invoices numerous emails and texts and calls. He will not answer our calls or texts....read full review

My next actions are to file a formal complaint against him to the IRS and also include he fraudulently charged us for more payroll fees like duplicate fees all last fall than he should of and had our Card on file for payroll for ADP and ran charges himself- you can see the difference on the bank statement between auto pulls and manual pulls and he thought I wouldn't notice and actually initially ignored me when I presented him the PDF of the charges and asked what were these for, I will file a police report.
