MY TIME IS UP .WHAT A GLORIOUS TIME I HAD HEALING IT WAS- I WILL NEVER FORGET THE STAFF AND DR.THOMAS ROBERT'S IS THE BEST VANESSA PHELPS ,AND DR.BRANNON MUCH LOVE TO YOU YOU ALL GOD BLESS YOU ALL ALWAYS MELVIN AND GWEN ARCHIE

The experience I had the first time I went to Roberts Chiropractic Center back in the 90s was AWESOME. The experience I had in the last 6 months or so,HORRIBLE, the doctor that I saw Dr. Noon was not professional in the sense of caring about his patient (me). He ordered x-rays, which his staff lost and no one contacted me after waiting weeks and weeks, I had to call them multiple times about my x-rays and no one apologized to me or was empathetic at all. Once they finally got the x-rays, Dr. Noon nor his staff ever contacted me with the results, to schedule follow up appts or anything. I finally called and ask them to have my x-rays ready for pick up and that I would find someone who does not only want my business, but cares about their patients and her response to me was okay. Which was a surprise to me, especially since I had been treated the badly and unprofessionally the entire time since after my second visit. So my experience unfortunately was horrible, very poor customer services from the staff and Dr. Noon. I am not sure how the rest of the doctors are because I have had no dealings with them at all.
