Quality Roofing came to my rescue. I needed a new roof to qualify for housing insurance, The Estimator, John Hoyt, answered all my questions and gave me an estimate based on my obvious needs. He and I looked at all of the areas of concern. John recommended replacing some of the weathered plywood on my flat roof and in several areas of the main roof. He recommended adding a flat-roof sealant cover to avoid future settling of water and future leaks. I agreed! I explained to John that my son said he was having days with extreme heat conditions and his air conditioner was working overtime to keep the house cooled during the summer months. He recommended adding ridge roof ventilation along with additional venting he referred to as 750 Series vent covers. John adjusted the base estimate to accommodate my requested changes based on the flat-roof situation and the status of my heat and cooling issue. I agreed and the contract moved forward. I contacted Lisa DiGennaro via emails regarding all of the signatures and contract information. She was not only helpful, but she also went out of her way to explain how everything from start to finish was designed to work. Additionally, she kept me up to date as to where my work order was in line as to permitting, materials ordering and availability. She was very diligent in getting my paperwork completed, material ordered, and my job placed on the job waiting list. From start to finish, it only took 14 days in all to have a new roof on my home. I was present the entire day when the old roof was removed, and the new roof installed. I watched the removal of the old roof, cleanup of roofing debris and installation of the new roof. All crew members supervised by Cory Broussard knew their jobs and did their jobs without issue. His crew removed the old roof and installed the new roof fast and efficiently. The crew completed an 8-hour job in right at 6 hours. They worked together as a team and did a professional job with the installation, cleanup, and reset the work area to the same status it was when they arrived.
