I was referred by a friend. Amazing customer service, timely and fair pricing. He evaluated the problem quickly and had us back up and running. We had to replace the entire airhandler. He found a leak, the system was overdue for a replacement and had a good run. "Was installed with the building of the house". Chris was respectful and knowledgeable. I Got a great feeling about him over the phone and He backed up that feeling with quality work. His apprentice Anthony was the exact same way! Quality and clean work. Nothing worse than your air not working at the end of July, starting of August. They've gained a customer for life! Thank you, appreciate yall!

I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Pope’s Heating & A/C. Our AC was taken out with a power surge during the storm Saturday night. He came first thing today and took care of it. He put this unit in for us several years ago and it has ran like a champ! I was panicking about another night with no air! 🙌🙌 Thank you for coming to the rescue and fixing our AC. Appreciate you making us a priority today!!

We have been lucky enough to have our AC go out not once, twice on a Friday afternoon. Called Chris and he or his father were here within a couple of hours and had us up and running fast. I give them 5 stars.
