PNC Private Bank

Did a wire transfer to this bank due to my primary bank not having a physical bank where I am stationed. They called two managers in to question me, while in my uniform, and when I informed them where the money came from they proceeded to question me about that. I provided my military and state ID, and the older woman then asked me to open up my OTHER bank account and proceeds to check my bank balance. Then takes my IDs again and notes all the information.

This bank is a joke. Deposit a check and it comes out of your available balance till it clears. If you have 1k available and you deposit a check for 2k, you will now have an available balance of negotiation 1k until it clears. And even though the other bank cleared your funds, you won't receive them till the last second. They will lie to your face and act like they help but we all know this is a lie as well. I would recommend a different bank, like ANY other bank. PNC will literally treat you like a criminal and not help in any way.
