If I could give 100 stars I would! This is by far the best experience I've ever had. Jeff is incredible he diagnosed the problem my PC was having within minutes and had it fixed the next day. Absolute delight! He diagnosed my laptop quickly and even though I left the charger at home, started working on it while I went back and got it. We had wonderful conversation about his garden in passing. And the price for getting my laptop better than new and updated to windows 11 was extremely affordable. I will definitely be back again for any computer issues. Thanks Mr. Jeff!
