Not interested in taking drugs for osteoporosis. Great alternative.
I started going to OsteoStrong in November of 2021 and the results have been life changing. I had severe inflammation in my Achilles & was told I might need emergency surgery. I couldn’t even wear shoes & was always in pain. The staff at OsteoStrong was very helpful with recommending different modules that could help relieve my pain & inflammation. After using the inflammation modules for a few months the inflammation went down & I’m almost pain free! I go 3 times a week & always leave felling rejuvenated. My posture has improved since starting the program as well. If you’re looking to see your inflammation go down, your bone density improve while going to a nice, clean and relaxing environment, I cannot recommend OsteoStrong enough! The staff there really does care!
The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly! It’s obvious that they care about their members well being.
