I booked a partial balayage and cut with Susan last month and had seen her work online so knew to expect the high level of skill, but it wasn't until the session that I was able to experience her professionalism and communication. She was warm and lovely as she immediately assessed my color-treated hair (I honestly had no idea this was so obvious as I have Jersey Shore cast level black box dye blindness) and managed my expectations accordingly in light of this starting point. Haircut was expertly done, exactly as I had hoped for and described, and the salon's pricing and rates were fair. Love my hair! It was my first time at Moonflower and I’d love to be back. I couldn’t describe what I wanted but Susan was a good listener and put so much skill into my color and cut. I keep looking at my hair in the mirror and smiling even though it’s been a week. Thank you so much!
Girl you have to take my word for it, Whitney is amazing and her salon is THE COOL GIRL SPOT in Pensacola to make your hair dreams come true. She saw my vision and I have never loved my hair more than after she did her magic!! Her salon is so fun and the style alone will make you want to schedule another appointment. I got Balayage with cool tones and a root touch up. I have never gotten more compliments in my life on my hair. The colors, cut, and style were IT and every time I leave I cannot wait to come back. My experience was more than 5 stars and if you are looking for a new hair salon PLEASE make an appointment!!!
