This was such a wonderful experience and I have found a new wax service! The location, price, and service was fantastic. She is extremely sweet and kind hearted. Extremely professional. I am so grateful that I came across this shop! 100% recommend - you will not be disappointed!

I have Been going here since she opened and have experienced nothing less than excellence for Shia and her staff. Always professional, from starting on time with my appointment to ensuring each customer gets the care they need during their appointment. I absolutely love that it’s by appointment only which ensures I can get in and out at my designated time. If there is ever a conflict or change, she always responds in a timely manner whether it’s via phone call or text. 20/10 do recommend I don’t trust anyone else to wax me ❤️

My first wax ever and it was literally the best first impression ever. The customer service was immaculate. She even insisted I inspect for any stray hair she might've to make sure I was leaving happy. I will be returning for my next event in Pensacola!
