Despite finding multiple sheets of plywood on the roof that were soft and deteriorated, they replaced all damaged plywood sheeting and replaced a rotten fascia and soffit. The total cost for the roofing installation was significantly lower than expected and my wife and I are very pleased with the results!
I was totally satisfied with their work and so thankful to have it done correctly ‘…..and I am glad they replaced the rotted decking, they even repaired the rotted wood on my porch overhang even tho I had to pay extra for the rotted wood, it was worth it to have everything done right! I can't say enough good about this roofing company. They got us out of a jam in regard to a sale of a home. They were able to come in late in the sale and install a roof just in time to save the deal. It rained every day but found that one day and was there and worked hard to get the roof on before the next wave of clouds arrived. Also, it was a quality job and passed inspection.
