Just got a haircut and highlights from Jeannine Noegel at Vintage salon she did a wonderful job !! I'm in my 50s and taught me a lot about my hair about the structure of the hair showed me how my hair cut would fit my face what would be the best for me .Also how the texture of the hair how to change it by the shampoo she is wonderful job definitely come back again!!!
