He was very meticulous about how my new glasses fit and made sure they looked right and felt comfortable. I inadvertently sat on my glasses and thus bent the frame beyond repair. I took them to Ideal Optical and Terry took the trouble to contact the frame manufacturer. He discovered that that this frame is no longer sold, but said that I might be able to find them on-line. I was able to purchase a pair on e-bay. I took the new frame back to Terry, and he switched my lenses to the new frame. The process was quick and efficient. This was a very positive experience, and I will certainly return the next time I need new glasses.

I have had the best experiences with Ideal Optical in getting glasses for my mother. I have had to work on this long distance and Terry has been so incredibly accommodating and helpful. He is kind, professional, and clearly cares about his customers - and my mom loves her glasses! Highly recommend!
