Being new to Pensacola, I rely on friends to refer me to businesses they have experience with and have confidence in. I am grateful for my friends that referred me to Ideal Optical. Terry, the owner, exceeded every expectation I had and proved to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was very meticulous about how my new glasses fit and made sure they looked right and felt comfortable. I am very pleased with my new glasses, and will bring any eyewear needs I may have in the future to Terry. Thank you, Terry!

Reviews
The service is amazing and knowledgeable, I had glasses repaired here, but there are many beautiful selections to choose from as well!
I inadvertently sat on my glasses and thus bent the frame beyond repair. I took them to Ideal Optical and Terry took the trouble to contact the frame manufacturer. He discovered that this frame was no longer sold, but said that I might be able to find them on-line. I was able to purchase a pair on e-bay. I took the new frame back to Terry, and he switched my lenses to the new frame. The process was quick and efficient. This was a very positive experience, and I will certainly return the next time I need new glasses.
