The service is amazing and knowledgeable, I had glasses repaired here, but there are many beautiful selections to choose from as well!
I inadvertently sat on my glasses and thus bent the frame beyond repair. I took them to Ideal Optical and Terry took the trouble to contact the frame manufacturer. He discovered that this frame was no longer sold, but said that I might be able to find them on-line. I was able to purchase a pair on e-bay. I took the new frame back to Terry, and he switched my lenses to the new frame. The process was quick and efficient. This was a very positive experience, and I will certainly return the next time I need new glasses.
