Steve and his crew went above and beyond. Dealt with my nightmare of a truck more than I assume they wanted, diagnosed and fixed an electrical issue although they don’t typically do that sort of work. Can’t say enough about how they saved my butt as time was of the essence.

Had a Ford E4OD completely rebuilt with a torque convertor for roughly 3200 in July. Have had no issues since then, I dont think I will need to exercise the 2 year warranty. Ex trans tech freind, and everybody I knew told me go to Hirst as it's one of the few honest transmission shops who won't sell you a rebuild for simple issues that doesn't require a teardown. Met Steve personally. He was friendly and very helpful to my questions involving maintenance and break in recommendations. I would recommend hirst for any of your transmission needs.
