Great 1st time experience with Kiki! She was sassy, sweet, and sticky (due to the wax! ?) She made what I had initially expected to be painful experience more enjoyable than one could predict. She was professional, patient, and polite. I truly felt at ease and enjoyed her very humorous life stories that made every pull of the wax paper sting just a little bit less.
