I absolutely LOVE Sam! She made me feel very comfortable and she took her time while working on me. She explained the entire process step by step while working on me and gave me step by step care instructions as well. Anytime I reached out to her (before my initial 1st appointment and afterwards moving forward) she always replied with a quick response. As I went through my healing process she was there for me because mentally when you make a drastic change we sometimes second guess ourselves, but she prepared me for all of that and was still there when I reached out to her. All I can't say is this work saves me so much time daily!!! Samantha gave me life and a deeper confidence that was an additive even more. My eyebrows haven't even started fading yet. I got these done several months ago, and they still look good. I'd recommend her any day. As, a matter of fact to he 2 ladies to that I sent her way are very satisfied as well!!!
