Alisha at Floor and Decor in Pensacola is amazing! We came in to purchase flooring we thought we knew exactly what we wanted but we explored all the options. She was very patient and knowledgeable she took the time to walk us through the process, and gave us all the information we needed!! The flooring came in quicker than expected we were back the next week to pick it up. We had a few damaged pieces but nothing major, the underlayment and the flooring arrived in great condition! The flooring looks fabulous now that we have it installed (self installed) we could not have made a better choice!
