One thing I will say is the Clientele it’s nice the homes are always clean but one thing I will warn you about is the lack of truth from The company they will literally tell you they have tons of hours and then give you 20 or 15 hours. So if this isn’t a side job and you have actual bills to pay this may not be the job for you
FirstLight Home Care Emerald Coast is one of the highest standards of home care that is available. Having a family member with dementia I researched the market. There is not one out there that has higher standards for in home care. This time in a persons life that has the difficult task of dealing with someone you love, is lifted by these wonderful people. They have been a blessing to me and my family. Thank you FirstLight!!!
I am a retired RN and have been very impressed with the care provided to an elderly couple that I work with. Latrisha, and Patty are always on time, are knowledgeable of care, and always ready to help. They also give great reports after shift and chart well. Kudos to the team!
