My experience at the store is great! Violeta is mine and my granddaughter’s stylist. She is very good and does exactly what you ask her to do and also offers her expertise when you ask her for it. She’s very kind and takes care of you in a timely manner.

I was impressed with Asherah, the stylist who did my hair today. It was a great experience overall from customer service to the cut and style. Asherah listened to what I wanted, then explained how she’d do it and I was very pleased with the end result.
I got the impression that the place is short staffed, so you might need to make an appointment and/ or wait. I was able to get the appointment the next day.
Other stylists I interacted with were very pleasant. I’d definitely go back.
