I do recommend Fairfield Dental, but I won't be returning. I drove from Pace and brought my 5 year old with me. I was turned away because they aren't letting children in the rooms. Unless they are the patient, then a parent can be in there. But I am the patient. Have been for almost 3 years. Always have had a great experience! But they had the audacity to tell me my child couldn't be in the room and he could be in the waiting room, alone. Said I should have been sent text messages stating that I was to be alone. I showed them all my confirmation appointment texts. I even spoke on the phone the week before and no one mentioned that I was to be alone. No children allowed. I understand COVID restrictions. I work in a medical office. But my place of employment makes sure that we let our patients and patient families know what our policies are when it comes to COVID. They didn't make any exceptions for me. I got half apologizes and they were "okay" when I said please remove me from your calling list and text. I said "I no longer want to be a patient here". They said okay. Like wow!!! It was such a disappointing experience. After so many great ones. They failed to communicate to me what their expectations were. For that... I say goodbye.
Dr Martin and staff are so friendly and courteous. They cater to cowards as well. I've been a patient for 20 + yrs and highly recommend them.
