This flower shop was everything I didn't know I needed. Everyone was so personable and willing to accommodate to my needs. I showed up on Valentine's morning expecting them to either turn me away for being too busy or out of flowers but was greeted with kind faces willing to make my order on spot for me and at a good price. I will recommend this place for all your flower ship needs.
What you see on the website is NOT what you get. The bouquet I received had broken flowers and flowers with the petals falling off. The note that I had to go with the bouquet was misspelled and had words missing. Went to Deluna Flowers to get a refund or a replacement bouquet and they wouldn't give me a refund nor did they make a new bouquet. The ladies were very rude with no compassion. They had cats running around in the shop and it smelled like cat pee inside. The flowers they had inside the shop were just laying on tables and not even in water. Don't waste money on flowers from here. A very big disappointment and horrible experience!!
