I can’t say enough good things about Clarkson Eyecare Center in Pensacola. I was visiting Florida from Oklahoma and completely forgot my contacts. I stopped in just hoping to get a few to get me through the trip, and they made the entire process incredibly easy.
I called my eye care provider back home, they sent my prescription over to Clarkson, and I had my contacts the very same day we arrived. The staff was absolutely awesome—friendly, helpful, and so easy to work with. On top of that, they didn’t charge me anything, which was such a pleasant surprise.

The $25 charge of last year is now $50 PLUS there's a new charge of $43 (optional, of course, but if you want a COMPLETE exam, you opt FOR it!). So this year, my "free" eye exam was $93 instead of $25! Also, Dr. Anderson is still doing the COVID "elbow bump". Com' on now, REALLY? COVID is being treated by the rest of the medical community like the flu, so why not YOU???
Otherwise the visit was very pleasant! The office staff was pleasant (however, ignored me struggling with the heavy front door trying to get my walker in it).
